Apparently, racism among cops is merely a sign of being overworked.
Burn out? Really? So, being "overworked" is an acceptable excuse for being irrational and throwing critical thought to the wayside? I wonder what its effects are on holding tremendous amounts of power over other human beings lives in your hands?
