Grown-ass male officer punching, kicking, and slamming a 15 year-old girl. Why? He feels she assaulted him when she kicked her shoe off, so he had to prevent a further assault.
This officer has been investigated twice in the past for shootings, one which lead to a death.

In my personal life experience, as seen through my OWN eyes and felt with my OWN flesh, I've come to the conclusion that the majority of cops are, indeed, bad—whether they start off that way or not. I'm tempted to say this is true of the vast majority. VERY few are good, upstanding men and women of integrity. I've seen decent human beings turned into bigoted, power-hungry, crooked monsters once on the force. The whole system is drowned in a system of corruption that takes over once you're part of it.
And you can tell how deeply infected it is when the other cops don't blink twice when their partners are beating and murdering people.
In this particular video, the second officer acts like it's normal, everyday procedure to beat up a 15 year-old girl. Likewise, in videos of Officer Johannes Mehserle cowardly shooting Oscar Grant in the back in Oakland, there were multiple other officers who didn't seem surprised in the least that their buddy had just murdered an unarmed man who posed no threat.
That is very telling.
